We took our dogs on a crazy adventure! They went on one of their favourite walks but there was a twist, Kobe needed to go to the vet so the plan was to take Kobe to the vet, whilst Ella begins the walk with Moki. They would then reunite half way and do the rest of the walk together!

For all other Golden Retriever owners, has your golden got allergies? Apparently its really common in goldens. At this point, i honestly think Kobe is allergic to oxygen 😭
Yes, Lucy is my 2nd golden retriever girl, and her allergies have been horrendous! They weren't so terrible in Illinois, but Florida is humid, and the grass is always dry. We had her first shot of cytopoint last month. She was to get #2 today (4 weeks) but will do it next week. It was $185.00, but will be $140 for the next ones.
She had been scratching and licking less until recently, so it seems worth it. I like that this is not like Apoquel pills - no danger to her liver.
Oh, and Lucy is constantly rolling in the grass and rubs her face in the grass after eating. She'll probably always have some allergy.
@@lynnekelley7545 Cytopoint thats it! Thats also what Kobe has. Sadly, it does look like a lot of Goldens have allergies. Kobe was also previously on Apoquel, and agreed, i prefer the cytopoint

wonderful "nature walk with the dogs, time away from technology" (other than the hours you probably spent setting up all those amazing camera shots, especially having to go back and forth thru the mud 😆)

You know what noticed straight away when they both crossed that bridge 🌉 well the older dog make was telling the younger dog the Doberman pup im still the biger boss here girl so dont go 8n front if me thats whay my make used to do exactly the same way growing and trying to grad her to push her back behind him he just still wants to be the biss its because hes a male dog man thwy are always going yo be this way just that important to the older dog something he need to tell her his way nothing wrong wuth thisvis his control i truly believe this and thsy can work that out themselves it doesn't leave him out as well beautiful!!❤😂
Gut health affects allergies. Something to investigate perhaps, use a good probiotic.
Thank you, we have gone down this route and sadly it wasn’t that. We’ve tried just about everything under the sun, sadly he’s just got to live with allergies. For the most part, we do manage to keep it under control so he’s not uncomfortable 🙏
