I regret that I ended up missing your premiere due to having to go pick up my nephew from school. But that's ok, and I just finished watching the video. I must say that you were incredible. I don't think I have ever heard this song covered as beautifully as you just did it. You definitely changed it up and made it like a new song. I know Taylor Swift has been at it longer and is a mega super star, and a superb songwriter. But in my opinion, you are a much better, and more passionate singer than she is. And I would much rather listen to you sing, then her any day of the week. I know you have a great love for what you are doing, and I enjoy and truly appreciate you and what you do. Hi Kenadi. Which do you like playing better, guitar or piano? Which is harder to learn? Also, are you teaching Toothless to play either one? Hope you are doing well.
On stage I prefer guitar or nothing, and for videos and writing songs I prefer piano. I’d say for me guitar was harder to learn and takes me much longer than the piano but the end result is usually worth the work! Thank you 🙏
Hey Kenadi - I have no idea why the Tube AI removes some comments - so you probably didn't see the one I put earlier for this song. Have I ever been anything but full of praise for you?!! Down with AI!! I just wanted to echo what I've said before and what some of the comments below say - when it comes to covering many artists you put so much more life, soul and passion into it that you often add so much to the original and more often than not make it better. I get the feeling with some 'established' stars they are just going through the motions and churning out another money spinner for the music company. Yes I know that's the game and they have to make money as do you young lady - but alongside that somehow they lose the passion and the drive that made them music makers in the first place. That makes them a little boring in my opinion - and I stress it's just a personal view. But you? I don't know what sprinkle of magic dust your fairy Godmother threw on your head but it's turning you into a very special artist ... you're the gift that keeps on giving. Never boring, always a top class singer and wonderful human being. Long live Kenadi Dodds ... superstar
