Their voices are angelic! This is from the play Phantom of the Opera. Sarah was married to the producer of The Phantom, Andrew Lloyd Webber. Bocelli is seldom taught and was told he would never be great.

It's not from Phantom. Phantom released in about 1986/87 this song didn't come out until 1996 in this version and ,1995 in its original format

Just discovered you. These two do not own this song as it is a classic. But! Yep I said but. If anyone could own it, it would be them. Two of my favorite singers if not my favorite two. I could listen to that song with them for the rest of my life and not get bored.

Yes, I agree, that was the year that Princess died and they wanted to use this for the service but they thought that it was far too sad and they chose Elton John`s "Candle in the Wind" I went see Sarah Brightman in a small concert at the end of 1997 in Southampton, it was the best concert that I have ever been to, she was outstanding

I saw Sarah in a small theatre in Southampton twenty five years ago and I can honestly say that that was the best performance that I have ever been to, she was incredible.
We played this version of this song at my father's funeral...it felt like my mother was calling him to be with her...makes me cry 😢 every time I hear it 💔
sara brightman is a Lyrical Mezzo-Soprano. andrea bocelli is a baritonal tenor. they both did the best out of this song imagine that andreas is a formula 1 car and shara is the G force .they are both legends and sarah was so close to him because he is blind and she guide him and show him how much she loves his voice and talent. 2 amazing legends together that was EPIC

When Earth one day draws it’s last breath, I imagine this masterpiece will be played during the “end credits”.
This happened YEARS ago, my ex went to go see Andrea Bocelli and said it was the best concert ever. Well, the person who worked for our local paper wrote a review and apparently didn't agree. Also wasn't aware he is blind cause they went OFF about him not engaging with the audience or moving around the stage. People were not having it. I don't know how many letters they got but they wrote up a fat ass apology in the paper. I am pretty sure they got schooled big time.
