    My CNC controller software, NewRAD CNC v 1.3 uses 2 cameras to zero the X and Y automatically. Just click the "Go" button.

    Thanks for sharing the knowledge, I installed Fusion360 and my machine before executing the code ia to those cordenadas almost causing collision, I could only solve this by excluding the command G28 but after zeroing the coordinates now my machine does not try to go nowhere before start the code thanks

      I just fixed that on mine today. the steps per unit were incorrect at 2000. When I calibrated the axis, Mach corrected the value to appropriate number.

    I am new on Mach3.
    How do i go to a specific exact point in Mach3?
    How do i set X to go to +500 or Y to -25?
    I can jog to that point but i want the exact position.

    • @bobbailey7024
      @bobbailey7024 Před 11 měsíci

      In the manual input on the second page marked MDI (Alt-2) type G0 x500 y-25 then hit enter on your keyboard. (That's Gzero). You can also specify the feed rate using F in the command.

    they have no affect on my machine coordinates this is driving me crazy

    • @joeygonzo
      @joeygonzo Před 3 lety +1

      Might as well physically move the machine to X0YO with the controller being off. Let's say the machine coordinates is X2Y2. Give it a manual command of G0 X-2Y-2 while the router controller is off. Only the mach3 will move ( thinking it's moving your cnc machine ). Once you turn on the cnc, you will be then in true X0Y0.

    what are the machine cords for?

    • @delphinny
      @delphinny  Před 6 lety

      Machine cords in the basic sense are the positions of your machine's X Y and Z axis, so your software knows where your machine is at all the time, so if you set up a soft limit it knows what is the maximum range for your machine, so if you hit "go to zero" it doesn't bump into something
