And he has sharp eye to recognize someone's talent and capability. Suga knows well that Jimin has unique voice that can be angelic/feminine as well as masculine enough like when he growled when singing Tony Montana. Beside, Suga personally loves Jimin typical voice so he must be seeing Jimin's voice as an exciting opportunity for him as music composer/song writer/music producer to explore and develop Jimin's unique voice to the fullest. I predicts that Suga is the only BTS member who likely be the CEO in Korean music industry in the future. He has the managerial skills. About Taehyung, he will be okay. Yoongi's older brother encouraged him 2 pursue his dream. In the beginning he did not have his parent's support,but he had his brother's .
D-Day explains a lot about Yoongi. He explains how he used to regret the past and was afraid of the future but now loves in the moment, appreciates where he's been and tells other (and himself) that future is what you make of it so don't hesitate; there's nothing to fear. Likely this applies to his interactions with Jimin. He probably regretted some moments but appreciates them now for what he learned. They have a special bond.

I loved each relationship these 7 young men have. It’s like they all know they’re different yet equally important and bring each others best and at times worse in each other but they push through and the older they get, the more comfortable they each are. They all know what buttons to push and not push, they respect each other and their love has gotten so strong that each member even defends and protects the other if they feel they are insulted by other people outside of BTS. I love how Suga shared Jimins hard efforts and his muscle cramps. Each one is the same in a way with one another. Jimin also defends Suga and looks out for him in his own way. It’s crazy how it really is 7 best friends with one mind one heart when it comes to respecting, loving each other and understanding each personality/indifferences. I really love how far and how deep these 7 young kings have become, they are each others home. 💜🙏🏼
These 7 men have shown us that friendship is the most important thing that one can have. Each of them have a different dynamic with another but still blend so well. Jimin and SUGA have a very close friendship and relationship that has made them stronger. I loved watching SUGA talk about Jimin, he was so proud of him you could see the sparkle and smile when he talked about Jimin. Love their dynamic, they always bicker but at the end of the day they get back together to being the best of friends.
I always feel that Yoongi felt a bit guilty for making Jimin the butt of jokes in the early early days. Even then they had such a great dynamic. Jimin adores his Suga hyung and Suga loves to love Jimin. Their favourite pastime, bickering!💜

Yoongy only gives backhand ed complement to jimin. Actually all six of them r jealous of him. The way he told taeyang jimin is not naturally talented and brought jungkook to downplay jimin was so painful to watch. They have zero respect for him.
Saying someone is not naturally talented is not necessarily an insult. It's simply stating that he had to work harder in his career. There are people who are naturally talented in that they are born for or with certain things or abilities. I’m sure you might know someone for instance, who was just born to paint and it comes so easy for them, but then there is someone else who loves to paint but has to practice more to perfect his art. He said Jimin wasn’t a singer when he joined them, he was naturally talented in dancing which he always excelled at and he had to learn to sing and be great at it like he is right now. I think he just remembered something about Jungkook and that is why he said his name and commented how good he was. I’m sure there could have been instances where you were talking about someone and then someone else crosses your mind and you mention them in the same conversation, I think that’s what happened. I believe all BTS have respect for each other, they may fight and seem distant but they have learnt to live with each other lovingly, that’s what I believe. Sorry for the long monologue ;)

@@swahilibangtan exactly! I don't understand how some people watched that video and thought that Suga was shading Jimin. It was the highest compliment! Jimin only started singing after joining BTS and even then he didn't get vocal lessons like JK, Jin and V. He literally had to learn from scratch to get to where he is now while the other vocal line had previous experience singing so they were ahead of him skill wise. Suga was praising Jimin for how hard he had to work to even be recognized as a lead singer in the group! We all know someone/people just do things well naturally. Think of guys in school who would just get good marks whether they study or not while others had to put a little more effort to be at the same level. There's nothing shameful about having to work hard to succeed. Every member of the team has always said Jimin works hard at everything, even dancing which he's naturally good at, because that's his nature. There's one Run BTs episode I always remember where RM commented that Jimin has a very high emotional resilience and another BTS Festa where JK said Jimin is good at focusing on one thing. They've even said several times that Jimin obsessively practices the choreography despite him and Hobi being the ones who master the choreography quickly. It's his nature. We all succeed in different ways and what Suga said was nothing but praise and admiration. You could even see in his face how proud he was that Jimin put in the effort he needed to get to a place where he could sing confidently with an OG idol he has admired since he was kid. That type of grit and discipline that Jimin has are very rare attributes that most people lack.
