I'm blown away that a place so well-known for being a site the wealthy travel to quite often has some of the most subdued shopping I've ever seen. When you walked by the Dior store at the beginning of the video, I would have never known, had you not caught the sign in frame as you walked by. Personally, I love that the vendors didn't turn it into some garish outdoor shopping mall and kept the beachside community spirit, as much as possible.
It's a good job, that give us a opportunity to see others parts of world and raise our feeling to travel. France is a beaultiful country, I wish all of the best.

Saint Tropez was good, but today, it's a just a bag of racist rich people, nothing more ....
An impressive sleepy little fishing village that came to fame by Brigitte Bardot in the 60's and early 70's. So pretty, clean, filled with high end world renowned boutiques and brands then add some cafes, bistros, restaurants. However, I would not classify it as glamorous. The majority of the tourist have worked to save their hard earned euros to come down to the mediterranean hamlet to enjoy some good rest and relaxation, sun, the sea with or without the family. I did not see people walking into the high end retail shops in droves and walking around with the expensive shopping bags out on the sidewalks and streets, I have not seen 5 stars or above hotels, restaurants like Daniel Boulud, Jean George Vongerichten, and others, the beach clubs with the cabana lounges, umbrellas. I do agree it is so pretty and legendary, clean, it seems safe.
As nice as that analogy is, these are still rich people that grew up rich tbh. It's just that everybody knows the vibe is to look casual and relaxed. It's not like L.A. where you go to be seen, this is the place where the filthy rich want to blend in. You go to Monaco for the filthy rich to flaunt. Point and case, the yachts.

Impressed with how clean Saint Tropez is, you mentioned in your comments that its known for its nightlife. But I was relieved to see so many family's walking about, Night Clubs are not everyone's thing so seeing families is great because it indicates there is something for everyone

Even this paradise place now is full of trash tourism. It doesn't exists anymore some exclusive place . Just a crowd of people that come and go with bus and low cost plane. That's why most of richest people spend holiday on yachts.
