In this video, Dean explores why giving feedback is not only desirable, but also why feedback at work is perhaps the single most impactful tool a team can engage to level up everyone’s skills. Some tips also included about how to respectfully give useful feedback to employees, how to give feedback to peers, how to give feedback to your boss, and how to give feedback to manager. The secret to giving great feedback is to think of it as a part of management training or communication skills training - it is intended to make people better, not to criticize or diminish them in any way. Employee feedback is a crucial skill for managers to learn during executive coaching.
