Cuba is really beautiful, very interesting seeing the small houses in the village, looks like some of them will blow away when the next hurricane comes through.
It was a great trip, for sure. Don't go there for the food (they do what they can with what they have), but the culture, scenery and of course the beautiful and historic city of Havana are all fantastic. If you want to do a day tour of Havana (highly recommended), then I suggest staying at a resort on Varadero as it's a pleasant 2.5 tour bus ride from there.
