- For the Mid Hants Railway autumn steam gala, there was a branch line theme. This was also to be the final gala appearance (and possible final running of) 53808. The gala line up included:

@@edenbridgejunction7526 nice! The 20s only tend to run together at special events, so the diesel gala would be your best bet.
@@AnthonyFurnival that's what we thought. I'll have e to keep an eye on when there next one is so we don't miss it.
@@edenbridgejunction7526 it’s 12th - 14th July 🙂 there’s some other odd occasions where they run then in multiple- but it’s rare, usually if a diesel service is running they just use the one.
Yeah sad that this is the last event for 53808
She’s been booked for one last running day on 4th November now
