Congrats on the top! I've been contemplating about going the Chimera route but I've been starting to get tired of the Gimmick lock and want the deck to be a bit more explosive. So that being said after seeing your profile I think it's time I start going that route using this as a blue print haha. Especially since I've been getting bits and pieces of the Chimera engine either through trade or as freebies haha. Great stuff as always!

love all the content. This was a great deck profile! What's your opinion on patchwork engine? i've been playing it because everyone says it's needed (which i say it's not needed but helps plus) but i've been disliking it more and more because i tend to always have 2 pieces in my opening hand, which is a big feels bad.
all the chimera proflles ive seen that top in events dont run it tbh can be bricky
I would really like to hear an opiniom between book of moon and eclipse. A lot of ppl prefer eclipse over moon but if you eclipse everything you cant really otk the opponent no?

I don't think it's worth it in the main, you don't really have a lot to search for it... Better in the side with a board breaker package probably.

Wait what's the line on Chimera with 3 materials? Does it require hard drawing an additional illusion? Or just one branded fusion and that's it?
As long as you start with one of the illusions when you end on Chimera you will have Chimera + Chimera Fusion + Swordsknight on field + one more Illusion in hand - which is a 3-may Illusion Beast
By the way you can do santa claws too a fiend kaiju and Tiger wangu for purlys and sprights and other main deck combo decks that relay on monsters less then 1400 atk or equal

Galzo I have been thinking about cosmic cyclone vs mystic space wouldn’t mystic be a safer bet I feel like for the time matches cosmic is dangerous to play -1000lp can lose you the match has been my train of though am I wrong?
So MST against unchained is dangerous since they get destroyed. Cyclone banishes which is really good against unchained and purrely
@@michaelstephens4992 thanks, I see the value of that I guess I have to start playing faster and making my opponents play faster because I tend to hesitate on siding cyclone in because of time and fear of -1000 losing me the match because of time
