We signed up for the advanced course and cooking 9 different traditional Balinese and indonesian food dishes - all of which were melt in the mouth delicious!
I honestly think the food we cooked was some of the tastiest food I've eaten in Bali and even if you don't want to cook, you should at least go there to eat this delicious Indonesian food.
We cooked the following dishes:
- gado gado
- chicken satay
-pork satay
- sambal
mushroom dumplings
- sweet pumpkin dessert
- coconut chicken salad
- sweet and sour tempe
- tempe and tofu curry
- pork curry

i just did the wayan cafe, they also had there own farm, but it doesnt seem as popular so we were lucky to basically have it to ourselves. highly recommend that one
