This story teaches me that you should plant your own flowers in your garden but shouldn't wait for someone to plant it and go for it
I like the way this guy speaks, he’s so confident and smart. Seems to have a lot of experience.

Very interesting story. The youth of Ghana must be encouraged to enter the technical fields.
The problem is Ghana is that nobody wants to be a mechanic, Plumber,Carpenter,Technician, electrician etc etc.
But these jobs pays very well.
The story of Mr.Bismarck Oteng is very inspiring.
The youth can take a clue from him
Waow you're bless Engineer. May Allah open this kind of opportunities for me too.

Guys, take your education seriously in Ghana during your youth years. No matter how difficult it is, try to acquire your certificates . No matter how bad you think Ghana education system is, try to get yours first. Let’s encourage our youth to take their technical skills acquisition seriously. Good show!

You're making 68 an hour doing mining in Australia means you're going to spend most of it on sickness and hospital bills in the future. Trust Me. I'm a nurse for a mining company.
Ghanaians and negativity, sickness will never be his portion.God bless you Mr Bismarck Oteng

I've done his job in the Dakotas of the U.S. I had to stop because my eyes and breathing problems. It's not negativity, it's the truth. If you work that job more that 5 years, you're asking for trouble.
Why will you wish such a thing on your fellow brother?
It's rather unfortunate on your behalf.
