This was my first ever FD event in person, and it was so funny looking once it started raining to be standing by the media cage in direct line with the alley way to see them come drifting through at maybe 30 mph. I loved the entire day, but that was something else
Would appreciate if it was just all action, no replays, no stupid ads and all that stupid talking, just the runs and the result with timestamps, all action used to be like that, everyone who wanted to watch the whole thing or some of the talking looked up the 5 hour video of the event - everyone was satisfied, cmon, give us the good old all action
What happened to make Brandon Sorensen lose against bakchis? Seems to me that he hit every zone in his chase run had great proximity and had a beautiful lead run compared to bakchis
48:30 slow down this tuerck shanahan thing and its very clear that tuerck was headed for the wall anyways. Buddies rear end smacks either right before or at the exact same time shanahans car makes contact with his but either way he was locked into hitting that wall regardless. Too much speed not enough angle. 49:46 it is in fact really really easy to tell that he wouldve smacked tf out of that wall regardless
Exactly. The only reason we got into that scenario is because the judges were too quick to put fault on Tuerck. I genuinely don’t think they knew Conor had debeaded until the camera cut to it (tbf neither did I), but since they’d already deemed fault their hands were tied and had to let him change tires and run his chase. That whole scenario was a sh*tshow. Other than that I thought Long Beach was great, I really like most of the rule book changes.
For the experts saying that tuerck was going to the wall, pause at 2:41. Tuerck cleared his rear tire from the wall, adam hit it the exact same way destroying his trunk and wad fine, those rears are made to absorb and if you play 2:41 frame by frame, tuerck cleared it 100%. And the run before, a rule is a rule. What bit shanahan in the ass is that his aggresiveness got to his head and ignored the rain knowing there was rain and still pushed too hard.
I feel bad for Ryan Teurck he seemed to be following so close when the leader would go too hard in a corner and he basically followed them into a disaster.
Except Conor should not have advanced. He debeaded independently on the first run and we mistakenly let him change tires. That should have been an outrage for Tuerck but it’s not because it doesn’t fit the narrative.
2 hour “all action” cut? 🤦🏻♂️ lol should just be run 1, cut to run 2, cut to judges decision, next battle. What’s with all the replays and interviews??? We can go watch the full livestream if we want all that..
All Action has a better ring than no commercials or in between or interviews and just focusing on live. It cuts down the stream sometimes by 40-50 percent.
They’ll have it back for the next round, those things they can fix the same day. Just no way they can in a 5 or 10 min comp timeout when it’s that extreme. These cars are ran hard this isn’t uncommon, every event somebody sends it a bit too deep or something that throws them off of line and into a wall or the lead driver
Even being at the show I didn't understand how that accident was his fault. I like Ryan but the judges always seem to be a little lenient with him and Aasbo
@@tokyorice8180 The accident was Tuercks fault but the issue is Shanahan debeaded independently in the first run and we mistakenly allowed him change tires when we should have not. Were that the case, he’s out right there because Tuerck makes the second lap. Tuerck hitting the wall and causing the collision just confused things further because it was hard to verify if Conor did debead pre-collision.

Only been to St Louis, since they starting going there, and I love it. Overall, FD has the best pit interactions and the drivers are so down to earth.
