It is fuse number 7 - NOT F7!!! Ford's fault, they have error in their manual. Check the pictures: front box: F1, F2, etc central box: 1, 2 etc (no letters) rear box: FA1, FB1, FC1 etc. Pictures are correct. The charts with description are correct as for front and rear box. Yet, they call central box fuses F1, F7, - wrong! - these are codes for front box. There is actual F7 fuse which is 5A fuse located in the front box "Relay Coils". The video is correct, he has changed fuse number 7 in the central box which is 20A.
Wish I had watched this before I replaced all the 15 amp fuses, which Ford so misleadingly imply is the correct fuse. Now I have replaced the 20 amp you've shown, everything works!! Thank you.
Wish I had found this a few hours ago my lighter socket fuse went and I couldn't down load the hand book didn't have the handbook, could only find a picture on the internet of this fuse box but no info? ,Its the same on my 2010 mondeo titanium saloon.
Judging by the number of views it doesn't seem uncommon for this fuse to go, or maybe ford should have considered a fuse diagram sticker in the glovebox, maybe people plugging in cheap ill fitting charging adapter?
This fuse blows the must and is a right pain to change if stuck doing mine tomorrow
perfect.... simple when YOU know how. Thank you
Brilliant friend !! Thanks
Just a small correction, the cigarette lighter fuse is F7 not F20. And yes...it's a 20A fuse :)
It is fuse number 7 - not F7, see my comment. By error, they call 2 fuses F7 in the manual. Ford's fault. Confusing.
Great video, is there a way to make 12v cigarette lighter of with the ignition? Now it is allways on..
Thank you for this you life saver!!
superdry92 more like fuse saver
Thank you

Does this work for 2010 mondeo titanium?
This fuse is a real pain in the ass to get out. When I put the new one in, I didn't push it down too hard in case I ever have to get it out again.
It's mini fuse?
What are those black clip types called? I need to order some. Thanks.
