Thanks my guy. The first solution works well if you're having problems both powering on and syncing the controller. If you're only having trouble syncing and the second solution and first solution don't work you can completely power down your Xbox, unplug and wait 30 seconds, plug it back in and try reconnecting.

Here the way resetting the controller
Turn it on
Press and hold the sync button until ur controller vibrates then turn off after vibrates,
That's how u reset the controller

My controller is connected, fully charged and i have reset it and it still wont work, i turn it on and nothing no buttons on the controller respond.

Try pressing the Xbox power button until the Xbox restarts then hold the sync button on both and it should work. That’s the only thing that worked for me. Hope this helps!

Turn the controller. Off.
Use your USB and connect the controller to the Xbox. Power off the console... Remove power cord for about 10secs or more... Power the console back on with the controller and that should connect it back
My controller connects but the it doesn’t move around or anything on my Xbox, I was able to connect it to my phone and was able to move around with it but still not the Xbox.

My controller has suddenly stopped working. It turn on but it not working on my xbox. I thought it might have been disconnected from my xbox so I tried connecting it again. That didn't work now it won't connect to the xbox at all. I have tried what u have said they didn't work. I have tried what someone suggested in the comments with the sync button but that didn't work ether. Any help would be much appreciated

Yeah, for some reason, my analog keeps drifting upwards. But there is no drift on my new controller. The analog doesn't even move but yet. Sometimes when I go into a new menu. It just goes up automatically, but it's not controller drift, please explain.
I'm getting this too and it's driving me crazy! This only started happening after I held down the sync button until the controller vibrates and turns off and then when I turned it on back, I realized that the right analog stick starts drifting upwards. I'm thinking this is some software bug or something because I had no stick drift before.
