I really appreciate you actually going through the trouble of generating a video. 2 minutes of animation doesn't seem like a lot, and I do feel like the story ended right as it was getting interesting, but that's easily about 30 AI clips, not counting the ones that got which easily triples the number. I really appreciate how you got the camera to move dynamically. That's probably the biggest hurdle with these AI videos, is the stationary camera.
The result is far from usable but you use all the AI tools together very smartly. When the tools will improve i'm sure that you will be the first to be able to generate quality AI films
Its usable if you get creative. You might not be able to create your vision but you can still create something cool. Plus it isn't a bad idea to get familiar with, or improve the process while waiting for the tech to advance

Creative industry is doomed. Although the end result is really not great. A traditional story board brings across more then these weird looking clips. It throws you off more then it helps you understand what the story is. It looks fun to research these tools and i wish this young man well... But man, this is so sad.

now my new issue is i cant figure out how to activate the manager option after dragging the storyboarding into comfyui. he cuts the screen and it magically appears. im so frustrated this is taking all day

It should have more realistic movements and animations and it should know exactly what is happening in the picture. 2. You could change the AI voices for each character. 3. And the last thing: There should be an open source version of heygen to make the characters speak literally and even translate it into other languages.
I say in less then 5 years we are going to be ables to make a full Movies as good as a real Hollywood movie with all the actors from your house. I can't wait i have so many stories to Tell 😊

It's still unusable at this stage. Unless you want to use it to make textures or background images. I don't know why you'd bother tho there are already a bunch of great free textures made by people

Thanks for this great workflow. The knight was pretty consistent, but the gnome was not. Maybe try another run with more cartoonish characters. Like the opening shot of her feet seemed like an animation, but then it cuts to a more photorealistic face. And it's weird that you say the woman blinked and then she doesn't blink. Or that the gnome has a 3 piece suit and when he's not wearing a 3 piece suit. Definitely coming along though. What are your hardware specs?
Ok so what I'm seeing is I could take my hero forge character, make a whole bunch of poses, take pics and then make a model to turn it anime, then I can use that to make short films!

How does it compare to alpaca chroma. There also we can convert sketch to render. With much less technical hassle for installation.
