Dark Cacao is really META rn! It's good to be paired with another front (tea knight, hollyberry, strawberry crepe, maybe cocoa), frost queen, eclair (or sea fairy or pumpkin pie) and cotton cookie.

Fun fact! Dark Cacao Cookie actually decreases defense like Dark Choco for around 9.0 seconds. I feel like Dark Cacao is better then Dark Choco for Guild battle. Idk if I'm right
sadly, no cuz chocos def decrease stacks so it becomes -60% technically whereas cacao doesnt do that and even if he did it would be -45% though cacao is a stronger dps and has better utility cuz he does injury and decreases atk by 15%
