Correction:
In the last case, for prop reaction in SSB I have written 5/4WL in place 4/5WL. However the final answer is same.

Hi Sir,
I have one more way to calculate deflection for Cantilever beam.
We know that,
y = mx +c
Deflection = Slope * length under deflection + 0
1) y = m(l/2) = m(l-l/2)
2) y = m(2l/3) = m(l-l/3)
3) y = m(3l/4) = m(l-l/4)
4) y = m(4l/5) = m(l-l/5)

it is applicable only if deflected curve is linear. good that you are trying. deflected curve will be linear after the loads. we use this formula for finding the deflection after the load. good that you are trying
Thanks Sir. Also, I found one error(?) in the formula for SSB. The deflection at the center for (3) should be wl^4 / 120 EI. You have given as 60 EI.

In the method of finding reaction of prop in cantilever beam with point load in center as well as the udl on entire span you told that reaction at free end is 11w/16 in point load and 5wl/8 in udl case..but here in this short cut method while you are taking prop reaction that is different in fact you are taking reaction of fixed end.please check this.

Hi, if there is multiple loads- can I look at the deflection from each load separately then add the defections from each load to find total deflection?
if they are standard loads, just super position of these values. If they are not standard load then we need to follow regular method

Pradeep Kumar fixed moment gives riverse rotation which reduces it. even deflection also will be less in fixed beam
