Recipes -
Beef Stew:
- 400g Diced Beef or Steak
- 5 potatoes
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Leek
- 2 White Onions
- 200g Mushrooms
- 500ml Beef Stock
- Gravy Granules mixed with 200ml Water
- 2tsps Light Soy Sauce
- 2tsps Worchester Sauce
- Mixed Herbs if desired
- Dumpling Mix
Creamy Sausage and Chorizo Pasta:
- 400g Sausage
- 3 Garlic Cloves or Granules
- 1 White Onion (diced)
- 2tsp mixed herbs
- Salt & Pepper as desired
- 500g Jar of Pasta Sauce
- 500mls of Beef Stock
- 300g Penne Pasta
- 80mls Cream
- 1/4 cup parmasan cheese

To cover the meat with cornflour, place the meat in a plastic food quality bag, add the seasoned cornflour, close the top of the bag and give it a good shake to coat the meat. Simples.

Great video!! I love when you show recipes because you show us everything so simply and have great editing, too. Well, I don't have a pressure cooker or an air fryer - I'm poor LOL but I do have a crock pot. I love it so I think if I get this machine it would be well loved, too. But anyway I can offer 2 tips...
1) I mix my boulion cube with the water & then I pour it into my spaghetti sauce jar to get all that sauce left over out & then pour it in.
2) there is this little device that you stick on the back of any appliance to wrap your cord around for easy storage. ☺

I am surprised though that there wasn’t quite an amount of fat floating on the top from cooking the sausage and the chorizo sausage in the pan. Did you remove the fat or wasn’t there any. I was thinking it would be very difficult to drain off any fat as the pan would be very hot🤔 I always try to remove as much fat as possible.
