I'll never look at an Axolotl the same way. I love how you can make the art style really pretty while still having funny ugly exaggerated expressions, keep it up!!
cheers, glad you're liking the style! it's a tough balance for me to find between pretty and ugly but it's always enjoyable to draw big a ugly mug either way
to be fair, the are kind of overhyped, they rather suck at everything else but being cute because they not only are rather stupid, but cant see and are stuck being young for the rest of their life unless being taken out of water, regardless of that, they still are cool

You gotta realize this. Someone thought of this, wrote it down, made a script, made a draft, got some guys for voicin' and then animated the entire thing. And i absolutely love it.
