If the house had that ¨something died¨ smell, I would urge you NOT to buy it. My townhouse did and it ended up being black mold, remediation was costly. If you like the option I would make sure you have it inspected by a mold inspector as well, just so you know what you´re getting in to. Congratulations on getting to this point in life, I wish you find your dream home.
