Sorry for the delay on this. I've long since finished playing (and recording) the game, but these videos are more work to edit than my usual fare because of the Mako fast-forwarding, and my primitive editing tools don't help. I haven't had much time to spend on editing, which is why the videos are taking longer than anticipated.
Rest assured, though, the remainder of ME1 is still coming. As before, ME2 and ME3 are not (sorry for anyone who was hoping I'd change my mind).
Just one opinion: the Mako driving at normal video speed wouldn't interfere with my enjoyment of watching your Let's Plays.
I know it would mean, on your end, longer upload times and video file sizes, but if those are less of a hassle for you than time required to edit, then maybe reconsider.
Frankly, those long driving sessions and the ambience of the (desolate, boring) planets are as much as part of Mass Effect as the characters and story.
Long time watcher of your videos. Started by stumbling on one of your old Mass Effect videos years and years ago, and have pretty much watched every series you've done. Watched a few series/playlists 2 or 3 times too.
In any case, I always look forward to your Let's Plays!

I am settling in right now to watch Obduction after having just finished watching all your Mysts and Uru...for the 2nd time. You are truly amazing and with all that's going on in the world right now it was a really comforting two-weeks to hear your voice and listen to the commentary which added so much detail to the fun of the puzzles and the stories.
