- Chada is a tiny 25 year old bear who was dumped outside the city by the circus. When Maryna found her, she gave her her own sanctuary at the shelter. Chada is too old to be released but is living out her best granny bear days with all the love and support she needs.

It saddens me that too many animals like Chada have to endure years of abuse and neglect before experiencing the good life. I wish her happiness and contentment for the rest of her days.

These circuses are usually in non western countries where animal rights is practically non existent so there's very little enforcement when it comes to taking care of animals

25 years is a lifetime. These circuses, aquariums, zoos and “private collections” are absolutely disgusting.
The monsters who took 25 years of her life away should be sentenced to the same in a prison cell.

Chada is finally happy and free thanks to her rescuers. The circus should be sued for dumping her like that. Zoos and circuses shouldn't exist anymore. They brutalize the animals to do tricks for the sake of money. Thank God there are good people like those who rescued Chada to give them some kind of peace in their golden years. Circuses are being stopped from using animals in most countries around the world with a much more effective technique - the dollar. People are refusing to go to circuses that use animals, therefore forcing circuses to remove the animals to survive

I went to a circus with animals once - about thirty years ago. It left me so upset, that I swore I'd never go to a circus that used animals again, and I never have.
I'm so glad that Chada is able to live out the rest of her life in comfort, receiving the love and care she needs after being abandoned following years of abuse.

I hate she was treated so bad but I’m proud she didn’t die there. At least she is getting a good quality life now. Y’all are amazing people for rescuing her and giving her a good life!
