  • Hi guys! Today we're going to be talking about some great ways to train your shoulders without having to go to a gym. You don't need any equipment or weights for these exercises, as you can do them right at home. Also, these exercises are prescribed with all different experience/strength levels in mind, as if you aren't quite able to do a particular exercise on this list, there's another one that you can train instead! These calisthenic exercises will challenge you with isometric holds as well as some concentric/eccentric pushing motions. Let's get strong! Timestamps are listed below
