I agree ! I have so many friends that hate the dark patina but continue to purchase bags with vachetta ,I feel like you can’t be afraid of Vachetta if you are going to buy it ! Like you can’t be afraid of water spots or rain ! I wear mine no matter what and as it darkens it always seems to blend including any water spots ! I am careful with any other type of stains though but I have older bags with dark patina that I absolutely love ! I’m more of a fan of patina than white vachetta but it’s certainly an acquired taste ! Great review thanks for sharing !

Lisa Andrews hello!! Girl, I am SO ready to be done with Grad school!!! I love this bag in Damier Ebene. I’ve actually considered buying it. Just a word of advice, if you buy it in DE, make sure you check the shoulder strap for creasing and also the leather tab on the front of the bag. Let me know if you get it! I think it’s gorgeous!

I am also considering the Artsy so I would be intrigued if you have purchased it and what your thoughts are between the two? As a first time buyer there are just too many choices and so unsure. And lastly, what and how do you keep your bags so clean and do you use an insert for your handbag? I am so sorry for all the questions but appreciate some insight on your thoughts. Thanks!

Hi Italida, I FINALLY got my Graceful MM for my birthday. I absolutely LOVE it! Yours has patinated so well. I see what you mean about getting lucky that your sides lined up. I bought mine in Maui and had to exchange it when I got back to Houston because of the unevenness along the sides. I was surprised. And they told me that a lot of the bags have that issue. LV needs to do better. Nevertheless I still love it. That’s for the update!

I have the same bag but in PM and the slit on the luggage tag is normal. If it didn’t have that slit the metal piece wouldn’t fit. 😊
Hi my name is Cathy and I love your videos it really helps me understand my Louis Vuitton bags I have a question I just bought the monogram graceful MM I know back in March of 2021 they discontinued the date tags so I bought my graceful April of 2022 and I have no idea where it shows where the bag was made … do happen to know how to find out ?
I’m so sorry for not answering sooner. For some reason your comment was sent to my quarantined comments. To answer your question, you now have to take your bag to a LV store so they can scan the microchip and give you the info regarding date code and place it was made. I personally do NOT appreciate that LV is doing this. I no longer purchase their items for this and other reasons.
Oh by the way- the luggage tag is supposed to have that split! They do that to make it easier to pull off and detach the tag from it🙂 mine is exactly like that too!💗💗💗
It has the split that is supposed to be there, but then it has a little additional splitting that’s really hard to see on the video. My camera didn’t want to focus enough to show it ☹️. It’s not that bad, so at this point I’m just leaving it alone. I don’t plan on removing it anyway. Thank you so much for watching 💕

Hi there! Love your videos and just subscribed. Hubby just bought me my first LV, this monogram graceful MM, last month. Haven’t used her yet because - and sorry if you’ve already answered this question - but how would you recommend organizing the bag? I love the slouchy look of this bag, so I don’t want to use a typical felt inset that changes the shape, but I also don’t want to damage the lining in any way. Thoughts?
Hello! Congrats on your new beautiful bag! I use multiple pouches to organize my bag. Like you, I don’t like a structured boxy look on this bag either. Thank you so much for watching my videos! I haven’t purchased any bags since the date codes have been replaced with microchips. However, I do know that if the bag is made in France, Italy or Spain it still says it on the bag somewhere. If it doesn’t say “made in” underneath the Louis Vuitton stamping then it is more than likely a made in the USA bag.

Do you have the Graceful in all three patterns? I have the DE but want the monogram also. Just wondering if silly to have same bags different patterns. I have the Artsy and love it but it’s heavy.
I currently only own the monogram in the Graceful. I think the different patterns translate so differently on this bag that it really gives them each their own unique look. I don’t find it silly at all to own all three. If you love something and it works for you, then why not? I would love to have all three.
@Italida reviews does your strap have wrinkled lines along strap? I have mine since Nov 30 and notices little lines showing up on strap.
Hello! My graceful does have little lines on the underside of it, but that is natural. It’s from where the leather bends and is inevitable. The top of my strap doesn’t have any, but that’s because I’m careful to never bend it the opposite direction. Hope this helps!
Did you spray the strap with Apple gard? It’s so gorgeous

Do you find the shoulder strap slips off if you are not holding the bag in place?
Izzy Taylor hello! No, I don’t have any problem with the strap on this bag. It’s really comfortable and fits nicely. The only time it has slipped off is if I have on a very heavy, bulky coat. But then again, they all slip off when I wear my coat.

You should take it to an LV store and tell them you want it replaced. I’ve had mine for three years and have had no problems so that’s definitely not normal.

Hello! No, I’ve never used my Graceful as a crossbody. I’m not very tall (5’4”) so it would be big on me.

Hi! Are you having issues with the corners on your Graceful MM yet? This is my third one, the other two had major glazing issues. I love the bag, however the corners already look like they are slightly worn. This one was delivered on 12-7. I am afraid to return it because I do not want to get “blacklisted” from LV. I have heard horror stories via CZcams and other handbag forums. I have never had a problem with LV. I should not have to “baby” a hobo bag! I am still within my return window. I am sad about it.
Hello! I am so sorry to hear about the issues you’re having with your graceful hobo bag. I have not experienced any issues whatsoever with the corners of my bag. And I can assure you that I do not baby my graceful bag. Which print are you getting? Are you going with the damier ebene print? Perhaps it is the print that you are choosing. If you are experiencing problems with it I would definitely take it back and show your sales associate. As long as the problems are legitimate they are not going to blacklist you. I have returned so many bags and they have not done it to me yet. Let me know what you decide to do and how things turn out. I wish you the best of luck!
@@ItalidaReviews all 3 prints have been Monogram. I really love the bag and I have several LVs. I do not want to settle and I definitely do not want to exchange for someone else’s Christmas return. I will take it into the LV store at Lenox Square next week and see if I can find another one. I do not want to but I know that I will not rest unless I do. Thanks.
@@jhnmmom6716 I don’t blame you. What kind of wear is it experiencing? I only ask because I know some bags have some kind of coating on them, not sure what it is but it looks like the bag starts to peel. The coating can be wiped off and then the bag is fine. I had something similar on the top of my graceful around the opening. I rubbed it off and everything was fine after.
@@ItalidaReviews Hi! I just saw your reply. It has a dullness to three of the four corners. Almost like they have been rubbed. I do not sit it on rough surfaces nor have I carried it much. I am retired and at home with my younger children. When I first got the bag (#3), I mentioned to you about the slight misalignment of the mono print on the seams. I wanted the flowers to match up perfectly but I could live with that because I knew the bag was brand new. It still had the foam shaper in it. I am going to use a baby wipe and see if that helps the corners. I will let you know. I really do not want to return it. I love my bag. Thank you so much.
@@ItalidaReviews Hi! I just used a Huggies baby wipe. Only one of the corners is dull now. I know that there will be eventual wear and tear with corners but less than one month after purchase is not cool. I will take it back next week. I pray they can exchange it because they do not have anymore online and the SA I used to purchase this bag via the phone/website has not responded to my text. If not, then I will cry my “1st world problems, overprivileged cry” and find another LV bag until they get more in stock. Thank you again.
