Yes, please guys no parentification. If you never want to have grandchildren and a broken relationship with your kids then no parentification. I’m not surprised the brother does that because a lot of men of other cultures think it’s ok to do that.
My wife and I've been together for 21 years, married for the last 11 years and both come from big families. Tried on and off for years to get pregnant but was never successful. After many visits to her OB we found out my wife has PCOS. It was especially hard on my wife bc for many years her mother, grandmother and aunts would always ask why dont we have kids yet not knowing that she has a condition, so i always took the hit and became the shitty son-inlaw and said I didn't want any kids just so they would stop asking. I could tell every time they did ask her about having kids, she would die a little inside and become depress bc she knew we both wanted children. Luckily her OB helped us out and was able to balance her hormones and now we're happy parents of a 2 year old boy and a 6 month old girl.
@@thomaschristopherwhite9043 my wife is so prideful to a fault and is seen as the "2nd mom" in her family being the go to daughter for everything her family of 13 needed. I couldn't stand to see her fall deeper into depression bc of the constant nagging from the elders and how difficult pcos made it for us to have children. So it was an ez choice for me, if I had do it all over again, I would without hesitation.
@Jasmine my wife was already in her mid-30s when we discovered she had pcos so it made it even more difficult for us. Other couples we knew that had pcos had to go through IVF in order to have children and IVF wasn't much of an option for us as it was very costly in the state we live in.
@@cocx88 I don't mean to be harsh but you and her need to seriously grow up. I can already tell her depression is worsened because both of you lack the ability to stand your ground against her family.
Couldn't tell if it was all jokes or not but PLEASE don't have kids expecting them to raise their siblings 🤦🏾♀️ It's not fair to them nor is it their responsibility. Becoming a parent is one of the most selfish things a person can do (and there's no shade intended with that). Kids don't ASK to be born, someone WANTED them here and made it happen. Kids deserve to have a childhood and be able to enjoy the life they were forced into before they get old learn that everything sucks when you grow up. The moment they're responsible for someone else like that, it takes away from their experience and makes them mature faster than necessary. There's also a chance that it makes them bitter and affects how they raise their future children. If you feel like more than one child will be too much for the ADULTS/PARENTS to handle, PLEASE hire a babysitter/nanny to help with the upbringing or take longer breaks between blasting them out 🙏🏾
I think they were just joking, but I also think younger children do look up to the older (I'm from a family of 5) and natural for the eldest to take care of younger siblings. Of course never to the extent you are talking about, that's more of abuse of power or due to environment of upbringing. Me and brother were never the nanny or parent, but sometimes my older brother was the babysitter. However he was never abused into being the babysitter and it was only occasionally/not long, ex. parents had to run to the store and we didn't all want to go/or we were playing games, or went to the park/play outside. Its okay for children to learn responsibility in different avenues.
They're typical men, they're selfish, they KNOW and they don't care. Let's just hope the moms do a good job at raising them so that the eldest don't have to.
@@alishamcg it’s ok to have an older sister or brother help out overt so often but what Bart mentioned about the brother is definitely parentification and that’s really bad. The parent should always be the first one to step in, it’s their responsibility only.
Growing up almost single child (my sibling is 12 years older then me) we didn’t grow up together and I’m always so envious of other kids with sibling. Imagine to have a sibling to go through all stages of life together, someone to lean on, we can’t always talk to our parents, having a sibling is the best to share life with ! I hope you Geo gets pregnant soon, It will only benefit Taika.
Me & my brother are 8 years apart, we were always fighting but had that sibling love up until he went to uni & has never stayed home. Thank fuck he doesn't stay cuz we didn't develop our relationship to be a close sibling phase, so every time he does come home, we're always fighting with each other
I think Geo & Bart would have a girl and she would be a breath of fresh air for y’all. 💞 Sometimes it’s not what you want it what you need lol Either way I hope things work out the way it’s supposed to for y’all. Selfishly sprinkling baby dust though ✨
I have one son and he is one of the greatest blessings I ever received. As the years have gone by I've come to realize just how much. He helps me in so many ways, even with his grandparents.
Actually men in their 40s are more likely to have kids with complications. So although they are ABLE to have children well into their 60s or 70s but they may have issues. The same way women in their 30s are more likely to have kids with complications or may have complications themselves throughout the pregnancy/birth. Another thing, women having children late also increase the chances of having twins. The chances are slightly raised (I think its because theyre usually taking IVF is it's a planned pregnancy.) I'm not even talking about people that have twins run in their family. You could be the first one and it's because of your baby making age lol cool right? So yeah, anyways, so when older guys often go for younger women to help give them a child women should do the same because as time goes by their swimmers are slower and your eggs isn't ripe enough to wait up for them. They need the speedy little guys. I had another fun fact to share but it escaped me since I'm watching TV 😅
This whole team need to have sons. Can't imagine any of them, especially Bart being a girl dad. But, I can imagine Steve and Anthony being girl dads xD. Idk why.
I have 6 brothers & im the only girl and middle child , both blessing & curse 🤷♀️😊.. I see the diff dynamics of the older brothers and my dimwit younger brothers, love them all to bits none the less though.
A geode (/ˈdʒiːoʊd/; from Ancient Greek γεώδης (geṓdēs) 'earthlike') is a geological secondary formation within sedimentary and volcanic rocks. Geodes are hollow, vaguely spherical rocks, in which masses of mineral matter (which may include crystals) are secluded. The crystals are formed by the filling of vesicles in volcanic and sub-volcanic rocks by minerals deposited from hydrothermal fluids; or by the dissolution of syn-genetic concretions and partial filling by the same, or other, minerals precipitated from water, groundwater or hydrothermal fluids. aka ancient
