I wished they would show the perks on the loading screen so I'd at least know what I'm working with and don't have to check my perks at the beginning of every match. But this suggestion works as well, true chaos mode.
My friend was playing Chaos mode with a napkin taped to his monitor. It was fun to guess but some perks were impossible to guess or never activated. Perks like Distressing are completely undetectable and some are reliant on circumstances.
