Rice- 225 gm (1 glass)
Water - 1.5 glass
Oil
Onion -2 medium( for brown onions)

Paneer -100 gm

Red chilli powder - 1 tsp

Geeta Bhattarai Thanku so much.. yess i know that it’s bit oily. Even i prefer low oil cooking. Infact during my daily routine i follow my strict less oil & healthy diet. Even i have uploaded so many recipes with only 1 tsp of oil like shahi paneer etc. but once in a while you can cheat . Like i usually cheat on sundays😜😜 but during week days, sabji with 1tsp of oil is my routine..but yess i always eat some desi ghee over chapati.. that is must must thing we should include in our diet😊
