I feel like you ranked FrieKu too high. There's way too many units that can cover null upon switching / activating ability / activating special. There's also multiple options like endurance, revive and indestructible (or whatever Bardock and Goku / LF Shenron do). The value of stopping someone's 10 card combo that could basicslly drain your units while also farming dragon balls is so much more valuable. At the very least, Ultra Gogeta 4 needs to be at the very top, if not in a league of his own. You can only use 3 cars max against him. He regenerates a crap ton of health each time. He doesn't care what card you use against him. He doesnt care if you have cover null. He cleanses negative effects on himself. He removes buffs on his opponent. Seals their main ability. Locks them in. Seals their Rising Rush. Boost his damage. Gives him a full hand of cards. Destroys all his opponents cards. He literally doesn't ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING besides remove their vanishing gauge. All of that x3 is better than countering a single rising rush.
I mean u can read the title but I don't if I can count Ultra UIS one of unit that has counter cause he just dodge and stops the combo I mean after the dodge used u can potentially get to start to counter but the thing is they're talking about the guage itself so ye.❤

Also UG4 unique guage locks the opponent's rush so technically it also counters rushes

MUI also has the clash unique gauge, if he loses it cancels out and he does damage.
You are wrong, instead of MUI still dealing damage if you lose, it just doesnt even do the clash, you just straight up win the clash without doing it.

Mui has a downside in which u can't perfect vanish off the counter which is at least bearable compared to uui with a skilled player
