How the flying heck do they do it? I mean, forget the stuff about "sounding like the Pointer Sisters" (who I saw live in Concord CA in mid 80s) these guys and the three girls turn in a performance like this in Darren's tiny studio - I'm lost for words every time. Brilliant

As I watched, I couldn't help thinking of Three Dog Night and what a treat it was to be watching (and hearing) three lead singers any one of whom was worth the price of admission. Same for these three. Great song. Great voices. Not to mention the sparkling outfits.

I have listened to this multiple times and compared to several versions of the Pointer Sisters original available on CZcams. The SingIt Live version is clearly superior. I’m always hesitant to compare a modern recording, with far better recording and processing technology, to one made 45 to 50 years ago. But the energy level, vocals and all the instruments just simply carry the day for SingIt Live. Fabulous performance!
