WIND X80 From WIND STUDIO I The 4th In Their Lineup

Wind Studios brings us their first keyboard this year. The 4th keyboard in their lineup, their next iteration is in a TKL form factor. Estimate cost is $305 usd. The Wind X80 offers an intricate dual-tone design coming in various colors, and materials to select from. For this video, I did not use the sandwich mount as i was eager to test out the gaskets but will be streaming soon over on Twitch showcasing the various plates across a few sets of switches so be on the lookout and subscribe for more!

Nice video! Foamless is the way to go. Can't tell from the video, but do the mods sound full/hollow?

Overall I’d say pretty full. A tad bit of hollowness I find in the enter key. But nothing compared to our situation on the sonnet. X80s sound profile in person nice, like alu and gaskets sound just as good as a Neo cf plate with HMX switches, if not better in my opinion! Thanks for the feedback on the video brother 😄

Hey there thanks for asking, my apologies for not including it in the video, previous scale broke and need to get a new one. Will do so asap and get back to you on the weight I built, fully-built, and fully build with stainless steel battery weights!

Thank you for the patience, just picked up a new scale. Fully built, with the stainless steel battery weights in, it’s currently 5 Lbs and 5.1 Oz ! @dyansime
