Catch and Cook Spanish Mackerel, Mexican Style Ceviche! Testing the New Pedal Drive Canoe in Baja.

  • In this video we head out on the water in the New Pedal Drive Skin on Frame Canoe for another Baja fishing adventure. Finally we caught a Spanish Mackerel to turn into ceviche.
    Ceviche ingredients:
    1lb sushi grade fish
    2 large lemons
    2 large limes
    3 tomatoes
    1 small white onion
    1 avocado
    1 bunch cilantro
    1 serrano
    1/2 tsp salt
    1-2 tsp olive oil
    8 green olives

    The lemon/lime juicer is working like garbage because you are putting them in backwards. It totally looks like they should go in that way, but the peel will block the holes on the bottom. When you put them in the other way the citrus will invert as its squished and you get much more juice

    Nice ,usually when cutting chilly bare hands just putting oil in your fingers to avoid any potential problems

    Those Spaniards are fantastic. I wonder if they taste different from Sea of Cortez versus the Atlantic US east coast.

    Hi Brian, it looks like Christina is straightening her legs out too much while pedaling which could result in sore knees. Not to mention hooks. Good job. Can the seat move up a bit? Thanks, Scott

      Interesting, both of us have less leg and knee pain when we put the pedals out so we can fully extend with each stroke
