❌ Non-Refund Policy
✅ Unboxing Video Requirement: Recording an unboxing video while opening the package of received jewelry items is mandatory.
✅ Disputing a Claim: To dispute any damage, missing parts, or receipt of different items, you must provide an unboxing video as evidence. The video should be taken at 360° angle, uncut, uncropped, and in a single shot. Ensure all package details are covered, showing visible solid proof of your claim.
✅ Invalid Reasons for Return or Refund: Returns or refunds will only be accepted for the following valid cases:
a. Damage: If the jewelry item is clearly damaged as shown in the unboxing video.
b. Missing Parts: If any parts of the jewelry item are missing, as seen in the unboxing video.
c. Wrong Item: If a different jewelry item is received than the one ordered, verified through the unboxing video.
✅ Time Limit for Disputing: Report any claims of damage, missing parts, or wrong items within 3 wrkg. days of receiving the package.
✅ Proof Submission: To dispute a claim, submit the unboxing video as evidence within the specified time limit.
✅ Resolution Process: Our team will review the claim upon receiving the unboxing video to determine if it falls under valid reasons for return or refund.
✅ Valid Claim Resolution: If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement for the damaged/missing/wrong item or a refund, at our discretion.
✅ Return Shipping: For valid claims, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged/incorrect item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
