It is impossible to introduce a law that penalises criticism of ALL religions , because it is inherent to all religions that they criticise each other . Therefore , anti blasphemy laws must always favour one religion over the others . This then begs the question of why one religion should receive protected status when large swathes of the populace are not adherents and therefore should be free to criticise it if they believe it has a negative influence .

The Tories brought in Voter I.D. to rig things in their favour. Side effect: we're more democratic and up to the standards of most European countries. Labour want to bring in votes at 16 to rig things in their favour. Side effect: we'll be more democratic and up there with Austria, the Isle of Man, Wales and Scotland and we'll be further ahead than most European countries.
