SIRLOIN WITH CREAM SAUCE 🍀 CZECH TRADITIONAL MEAL
Sirloin with cream sauce has many forms and everyone prepares it a little differently. However, real sirloin sauce in cream always includes root vegetables (carrots, parsley, celery), cream and beef.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of roast beef
100 g of English bacon
50 g butter
30 ml of oil
4 pcs carrots
3 pcs parsley
1/3 celery
1 larger onion
1 tablespoon sugar
lemon
2 tablespoons full fat mustard
1 tablespoon vinegar
750 ml of beef broth
10 balls of black pepper
10 balls of fresh spices
2 bay leaves
200 ml fat cream (for whipping)
1-2 tablespoons cranberry jam
