I have several spiritual daughters but no spiritual sisters and no spiritual mothers. I used to have a spiritual sister, but she sadly fell away, and then she passed away. I searched for spiritual mothers and sisters for several years after that but never did find any, and God finally told me, if you can't find one, be one.
I will be your Sister in Christ!
Amen! And as an update, God has recently brought 2 new spiritual sisters into my life. The relationships are growing and they have both become prayer partners with me (they don't know each other and don't attend the same church or anything, but that doesn't bother me any 🙌). I am just so grateful to God for bringing them into my life and I'm praying it lasts 🙏❤️ (one of them is ~80 and has some health issues, so I worry I might lose her at any time 😢 so I am determined to appreciate her as much as I can for at long as God gives me with her)

@@rebeccamaddox3390 neither of them is on social media, to my knowledge. They are from the area of Dallas where I live. We pray together over the phone (and will in public when it's safe to do so). I have met both of them before Covid, and one of them I have sort of known for a couple years now. Like, we had met, but never really had a chance to talk and get to know each other. But now, through a shared interest in something else, we found we are much on the same page and have become regular prayer partners. And God might be opening the door for another prayer sister for me in my neighborhood. She sits in her driveway most evenings and I walk around the neighborhood at that time each evening, so we started by just saying hi as I passed by and have had a few short conversations (from a safe distance). I don't know for sure what her spiritual life is like, but I'm praying that we will either be sisters or, if she doesn't really know Jesus well, maybe I can be a spiritual mother to her and lead her closer to Him. Time will tell. But it's funny. I've been praying for this for years to no avail. I finally mentioned it on social media and had people join their prayers with mine, and suddenly I've got 2 and counting! Thank you, LORD. Where 2 or more are gathered together... ❤️🙏 Never give up - because God is faithful ❤️❤️❤️

Nancy -when I was a very young mom..I found you on the radio...at 2 a.m....
I stayed up.( put children to bed@8..took a short nap and got back up).cleaning my house and keeping up with life...and listened to Nancy... it was the most encouraging time..
many years later- the time slot changed and I started going to bed,and getting up at 4:30a.m. to start my day..while listening to Moody-radio..( just before we started our school day)..then..there you were at about 11:30?a.m...then.. we started having lunch at 11.. and listened to Nancy.. and My daughters were impacted in a positive way!..thank you...

Isn't it amazing how God chooses someone like Nancy to stand in front of hundreds of people to speak of His goodness? Isn't it interesting how God calls someone like Nancy to write books and spread the Gospel in such a powerful way? I've often wished that God would empower me to speak so eloquently of Jesus and His love. Instead, He has chosen me to be a "background person." I stand in awe of Nancy's talents and gifts and admire and respect her. May God use us all where we are with whatever He has equipped us to do.
Amen! We share the same name and the same beloved Savior. Thanks for sharing these words of wisdom. I hope to pass on the baton of faith to younger women God puts in my life.

This book is amazing. I absolutely love it.
That is awesome! I have been a Titus 2 woman in my daughters lives for 21yrs. Its been a challenge as a mother, wife, and friends to other women who I counsel....A lot of us don't share the challenges we live through while teaching and counseling. I like your video but it I wish you would have touched on the challenges too that we go through.
