The people in China are getting exactly what they worked so hard for Climate change. By building all of those reservoirs they have brought this on themselves. Sounds odd but read on and learn. When they create the reservoir it causes localized cloud formation. With the extra moisture in the sky they get localize rain fall well in excess of what is normal. This causes floodiing but it also causes drought as normal percipitation has stopped and all of the rain comes once it gets hot and they are getting huge amounts of evaportation. It is a normal cycle just that it is now driving huge flooding... China has always had flash flooding in these areas just that now they are being driven by the huge reserviors.. One of the largest i the world is now sitting behind the many dams and the three gorges river basin
Worse is they believe they can control one half of there lands rain and snow with geoengineering of the skies

your reference to collapsed 3 gorges dam is not correct. there has been extreme flooding causing release of water from the 3 gorges dam , but no collapse.

Nanyang is located in central China, while the Three Gorges is in the southwestern direction of Chongqing. The directions are entirely incorrect. Please understand the geography of China better before reporting.
