You are amazing! My daughter is 11, doing flute in school for the first time and we are using your tutorials to assist her in going further. She plays by ear so she is self teaching herself this song. I know nothing of music so I can’t help her. Just glad there are resources like yours that can help her! 😊💕

Great song! It's amazing. It takes me automatically to the Titanic's prow, looking at the sunset and the waves of the sea. I love the movie, I have always admired James Cameron (I'm watching many movies of him since I was a child, the first one was Terminator). Your skills with the flute are impressive. just continue to practice you will get it trust me I took me about 2 months to be able to blow on in I've been playing for a year and a half now. Also my name is Alita
I play it in band too! I just started. I am able to get the sound out easily, but have trouble with the scales even though I know the fingering 😖 Just a tip: make sure your lip is covering partially of the hole. Make the side of your lips firm, but relax the middle. Don't chap your lips (as if you're putting on chapstick). Think of 'pooh' when you blow. Don't blow too forcefully. I learned this, because I used to do it and never managed to get the sound. :/ Blow across the hole, not into it. To test your wind strength, have a person put the hand in front of the hole when you blow, and if they can't feel it, you're not playing too strongly. I hope this helped. :)

Divinity I personally play both the piano and flute.And for beginning on the piano you can get a keyboard I know they are not as good as a piano but for learning hand position notes on the piano and for learning some songs keyboards help you a lot.
