    We have different departments with different mode1 requirements on their own inbound routes, if one department sets mode1 we don't want other inbound routes affected as they have their own mode 1 settings. this could have a major impact on the whole business?

    I'd like please to show how :
    To specify a Thrunk to a specific extension
    Exemple:
    "thrunk2" the only extention can make call from it is "EXTENTION-BOSS"

      Hi Hammouda;
      The best solution to implement this scenario is to use the feature Enable Filter on Source Caller ID under Outbound Routes configuration page. When you create a trunk and assign an Outbound Route to it, you check the feature Enable Filter on Source Caller ID and select the extension that will be allowed to make calls out of the defined Outbound Route.
      I hope that answers your question!

    how can i intercom an extension.

    • @lthGS
      @lthGS Před 5 lety

      Intercom is done by feature code/ star code. By default the UCM uses *80 as the Intercom code. To intercom an extension you would dial *80+Extension. If you wanted to have the phone auto answer when paged or intercom, you will set the phone to "Auto Answer by Call Info".
