    Thanks Mark. My problem was I couldn’t get the chrome ring that covers the brass washer, off. Mine almost the same, but sideways tap. I’ll have he confidence to do it now! Diolch.

    My tap had the red/blue thing on top and a phillips screw under that, otherwise the same. Thanks.

    I have lost water pressure on both how and cold water after I replaced the cartridge. Any idea why?

      Not sure is pump ok or blockage and cartage ok

      You have probably twisted the tap column, I did the same today, just twist it back to the original position.
