@@mcmillan20101 Miranda was off trying to keep her sister safe from her father, who is an important Cerberus member. Considering her investigation is what brings him down, I'd say she had a pretty good excuse.
Some sunny day on Palaven before the war Victus enjoys an afternoon with his nephew: "Uncle, uncle is it true you will become Primarch?!" "Easy now boy, I'm only like 90th in the line of succession." "But you could become Primarch, right?" "Let's hope I never will because something terrible had to happen to actually make that work."
The way femshep sounds every time she meets garrus again is so cute tho, like on Omega she sounds so surprised and happy and on Menae too she sounds so surprised and happy 😭😭 like a puppy reuniting with her owner after a long time. 100% no way Garrus isnt like "aw shit i wanna hug her" every time
I gotta romance garrus when femshep, i can't do anyone else anymore after my first playthrough with him, he's my sheps best friend and they love each other enough to be a pair and still be friends and professional, he's the type of romance i want in war stories
Considering how uptight and reserved Turians are? With Garrus HOLDING Shep's hand in both of his for a long moment? For a Turian he'd might as well have bent her over the desk right there in front of everyone as I doubt a single Turian soldier there missed the "this one is mine" gesture. lol He always did say he was a terrible Turian.
Yeah. I'm pretty sure Garrus "kisses" Shepherd because it's a sign of affection that her human culture (we have tons of subcultures where kissing isnt a thing/show or affection) does. Does more for her than for him because of his well...mandibles...
He actually gives you a different handshake if you didn’t romance him. Romanced, he puts his other hand on yours. If not, he doesn’t touch you with his other hand. Subtle but an indication of affection. And remember, he didn’t want to presume. Of all the romances, Garrus’ is the most consent-minded, which is awesome.
Not to mention the whole active war zone thing. I would have found it super awkward and inappropriate for them to make-out in the middle of a time critical mission.
By this point I had gotten so tense over Kaiden's (LI in first playthrough) near death on Mars but when I heard Garrus's voice I got so happy and so relieved. He might not have been my LI in that playthrough but he sure as hell was my Shepard's best friend and having him around just about saved my anxious mind. Thanks for uploading this ;)
Did I ever mention how much I love the turians' small waists? Because I do love it. A lot. Also, I like how Victus' assault rifle just disappears after he puts it away. Nice.
say what you will but that moon was one of the hardest parts of the game to go through. 5 minutes into ME3 and there it is - Reapers in the background as the fate of a planet is crumbling by the moment. never have i hit those mouse buttons harder in a game...
my favourite one is when the reaper takes down the alliance ship at the beginning on earth. Just showed you how easily the reapers take down your allies.
I feel slightly turned off that Garrus kept it purely professional in the field, not so much as a sly smile or a wink. But then again, that's what I like about him, commanding authority...sigh!
+mylunarcry You may know this already, but there are actual subtle differences here. When Garrus first shows up on the field, if you romanced him, he makes sure to grab your hand in that handshake with both hands and holds on that extra second. Non-romanced, he barely touches you in comparison.
This is old but these two give me feels so wth. Like I said on another comment: Considering how uptight and reserved Turians are? With Garrus HOLDING Shep's hand in both of his for a long moment? @@RivkahSong This is years late but another thing to note is Turians and Krogans have a heightened sense of smell and can smell pheromones. Fellow Turians can also probably hear the affection in Garrus’s sub harmonics.
Like Moment0Mori said, even without extended cut, he tells you in indirect ways. Like how he wants to be there for her. Retiring together after the war. Finding out what turian-human babies would look like (and adopting krogan if that doesn't work).
Ok so Liara (banged) but srsly.... if the world stopped tomorrow my only regret is not finding peace in Garrus's arms. This coming from a dude-guy-bro who REALLY likes Liara - However.... I always wonder what all the other turians thought when Garrus held her hand like that. Were they like "oh, good friends right here" or "oh, spirits, the rumors were true, they fucking"
I think it's because they changed the way the default female looks in ME3. I mean, they had voting on the fanbase's opinion on how the new default would look, which resulted in the alternate covers of ME3 and the trailer.

There is a bit of a difference between this and a non-romanced version. Garrus doesn't hold your hand like that if you haven't romanced him. I figure this was done for a couple reasons. One, he's not sure where his relationship with Shepard stands. He doesn't want to presume she still has feelings for him, but he clearly still does and wants to show her a bit of affection. And they're also in the middle of a war zone. Not really the time for such things. He saves talking about your relationship for when you're back on the Normandy and in private.
Might still be the same clan / clan group, Garrus and his own FATHER don’t have identical face markings either, and they’re DEFINITELY the same clan... I figure individuals wear variations on the same clan marker, or it may differ depending on what generation you are within the clan. In fact, I find it fairly likely bc Corinthus / Victus’s facepaint design is seen on turian insignia / logos that aren’t associated with a particular clan but the turian Hierarchy in general, meaning it probably belongs to Palaven or the largest / oldest / most prestigious groups among the turians . (Or, you know, maybe the designers just didn’t bother coming up with more unique markings. That’s probably the more likely possibility.)
I like when Shepard shows up her former crew and team mates just go “FUCK MY ORDERS, GOTTA HELP THE SHEPARD”

garrus is getting gradually more badass each mass effect game
Dr. Drake Ramoray his prime was definitely Mass Effect 2

My favourite romance. And I'm a guy. Garrus is too much of a bro not to romance.
AIastair go Femshep just for a Garrus romance.
"Coming, Garrus?"
"Not yet, but the night is young."
There is oxygen and a atmosphere but its thin, you hear James say to Shepard "The Atmosphere's a little thinner than I'm used to, is all"
Garrus is simply what you call a badass.
Corinthus...pistol, seriously? Against harvester?
He's just that badass...?

I like how Shepard has oxygen on the moon lololz
maybe Palaven's moon is so big that it has its own atmosphere.
Moons can have atmospheres just the same as planets. Menae's atmosphere is thinner, but it is there. And visible from space in the opening shot.
