I drink apple cider vinegar all the time, the reason why it tasted so bad is bc you drank too much, and you also didn't dillute it enough, hope this helps :)

Summer the part with the apple cider gave me a heart attack 🤣 you should put a TEA SPOON and dilute it with a cup of water, twice a day. It has 5% acidity, and it will literally burn your throat. To protect your teeth, use a straw as well.

you're supposed to drink the apple cider vinegar every morning after you chug water and before you eat anything. It is good for you because it sparks your metabolism in the morning. the best way to drink it is: a cup of hot water, about two-three capfuls of the vinegar, honey, and lemon juice. and you drink it that way in the mornings. I have been doing this for about three months every day and I can definitely tell a difference in the way that I feel throughout the day

*Hey Summer❗️ NO OFFENSE but I realised that almost all your groceries are packed in plastic. And I wanted to remind not just you but everybody to PLEASE REDUCE buying things in PLASTIC or using plastic bags🙏🏽 Of course it‘s not possible to completely renounce plastic but you could at least try. For example you don‘t have to wrap or pack things (like the avocado) in plastic bags because you probably won‘t eat the outer part anyways. We‘ve got non-plastic stores in germany and I‘m sure there are also many ones in the states or other countries. Maybe you could try to not buy the things in plastic packaging and choose paper packaging or no packaging over that. you could also buy food from the next farmer or weekly market. Maybe you do have to pay a little more money but remember you are doing something to retain our planet! we have to stop the big industries and their mass production❗️PLEASE GUYS TAKE CARE OF OUR WORLD BECAUSE IF WE DONT, WHO WILL❓AND EVERYBODY MAKES A DIFFRENCE❗️this was like i already said no hate, just a very very important reminder, have a nice day and remember to save our world* 🌍🙂
*Edit: I forgot to address the starbucks cup which, as you by now probably know, are also made out of plastic, what a wonder. A good alternative to these cups are the cups which you can use on long term, i don‘t really know what they are called in english but they are out of metal, silicone or hard-plastic/rigid-plastic/artificial glass. Of couse some of these alternatives are also out of plastic or other things which harm the environment but they still better because you can use them over and over and don‘t have to take a new one everytime. As much as I know you can buy them everywhere, even in starbucks. Just ask the staff if they can prepare your drink in your cup. You do have to clean them but like I said it‘s for the planet.🙆🏽♀️♻️

You are supposed to dilute it with water, have a straw so it doesn't damage your teeth and what a lot of people do is put it in a berry smoothie, you can look up recipes for it. There's a limited amount of it you're supposed to have each time.

Started living alone when I was 17. I had roommates before but it didn't workout even if they were my friends. Moving in to an apartment alone was easy for me, it was like a dream come true cause I've always wanted a place for myself. I remember liking being alone too much, I would lie to my friends and tell them I had projects to finnish when in reality I just wanted to go home, go buy groceries and binge watch while eating. Having that much freedom was fun, my mom gave me my own credit card and I would be honest 60 percent of my groceries, were tubs of ice cream, chocolates, nutella and chips, those are the food sections I'd run to first. I loved doing diys and displaying them in my apartment, I think most people who are inspired on living alone do that too 😂. I'd go take a piss or even poo while the door's open, sometimes I would shower with it being open too cause I watch from my laptop (love watching friends all the time) that I place on the counter top of my kitchen which is a meter away from my bathroom door. And another perk of being alone is not needing to wear clothes inside. It's like the moment I close that door behind me I strip off and throw my clothes in the hamper 😂. It's the best feeling ever, and going straight to shower and laying on bed naked and the ac's on and it's freaking cold (ughh).
The nights are the best because it's when I feel like it's too peaceful, I like reading books and then watching a couple of Friends episodes before I fall asleep. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to eat snacks when I'm feeling hungry, and I would open the fridge and eat snacks while sitting on the floor while playing songs from my phone and the only light that lights up the room is from the fridge and it's just so calming. I wake up and go to school and couldn't wait for the night to come so I'd experience that all over again.
And also, I feel like when you like being alone too much, you get to know yourself more, you become more independent. I started liking to write, I owned journals and sometimes I would write poems too when I'm inspired. Being alone also helped me a lot in my major, I became more creative and got better in art. Being alone is everything to me, yes there are times I feel lonely but embracing my being alone is one of my best awakenings. ✨✨🌜

I drink two tablespoons of vinegar everyday!! Its good for you, it cleans your arteries, speeds up your metabolism, and also. good for your blood. Always drink a cup of water after because of your teeth. My great grandma is 84 years old and has down this since she was a child. She beat breast cancer 4 times without taking any meds, she does all her own yard and house work at 84 lol!! Im 19 going on 20 and I've been doing this since I was like 10! Try it out! I love it! Apple cider vinegar is super good for you. I've been drinking it everyday for the past 3 years. Its easiest if u take it almost like a shot, do one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it with apple juice and it will hide the taate of the apple cider vinegar and then do it twice. You only have to do 2 tablespoons a day.

I've live alone since i was 14 because my high school are outside of my hometown but my parents come every week because its just take 1 hour to there (my high school town). And now i'm an university student and my parents couldn't come every week anymore because it takes 8 hours to come. Living alone was fun, but sometimes that can be the most horrible thing 😆 love ur video💕

Apple cider vinegar, you only need about a tablespoon or two in a full glass of water, but mix it with a tablespoon of lemon juice, honey and cinnamon and it will cut the taste a bit. Also drink it with a straw and brush your teeth right after (if you're not eating after) so the acid doesn't ruin your teeth. 2 or 3 times a day is plenty. It also tastes better when it's cold, so use cold water.

Only because something is vegan, doesn't mean it's cruelty free, too... It's really sad, but first aid beauty can no longer be considered cruelty free. However, the brand itself doesn't test on animals, and they also do not sell their products in china, where testing on animals is required by law, but they can not guarantee that their suppliers don't test on animals. That means they get their ingredients from companies which do test on animals. They are also not interested in getting a cruelty-free certification.
You have to have loads of water with a couple of table spoons of apple cider vinegar because it’s so acidic it’s not good for your stomach if you don’t x

@Nicole TEH I get it, if everyone did what they could that would make a difference but if everyone says "well I can't change it just by one shopping trip" then nothing will change. as for the avocado in a plastic bag, that's what the store offers for you to carry your produce in, so that's what she uses, she's choosing to live her life differently so leave her alone.
