    Seeing that noone has thoroughly substantiated , absolute answers and facts to explain what is meant and what it is that ACTUALLY happened in regards to EVERY account/story in the Bible ; while I believe it to be a conveyance of truth I regard much of the method of conveyance as artistic rather than bare bones factual accounting 🤔🤔🤔😉😁

      And you have that right. I view the whole of the Word of God from the historical/grammatical perspective. In other words, it is literal unless it specifically tells me otherwise. If that is not the case, then the Bible is practically useless because people can (and do) make it to say whatever they please.)

    That is exactly correct they did not write the Bible they simply dictated the word of God.

    All we have to do is turn to 2 Pet 1:21 " For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake [as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."

    Exodus 19:9 "Then the Lord said to Moses, “Behold, I will come to you in a thick cloud, so that the people may hear when I speak with you and may also trust in you forever.” Then Moses told the words of the people to the Lord." (NASB) This is right before the ten commandments are given on Mt. Sinai. God was not just talking to Moses, but the entire nation if Israel.
    It was not until Ex 20:19 that God spoke exclusively to Moses, at the request of the nation.
    Ex 20:11 "For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea and everything that is in them, and He rested on the seventh day; for that reason the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy." (NASB) a truncated version of creation. It is known that not everything that happened was recorded in scripture, so it is assumed God went into more detail when Moses penned Genesis.

      I believe you mean the LORD. Don't minimize his title because that's how people get the Lord Jesus and the LORD confused. LORD is God Almighty and LORD is Jesus and they are two separate beings. That's why Isaiah 60:16 says, "They will certainly have to know that I, the LORD, am your Savior and the mighty one of Jacob is your redeemer. Jesus is the Mighty one of Jacob because Luke 1:32,33 say he is as does Isaiah 10:21 and Revelation 5:9 even calls Jesus the redeemer. Which means the first person is the LORD God Almighty. Because God is your Savior through Jesus Christ. Just as Jude 25 says. So don't minimize his title. It disgusts me that people don't give God the respect and glory that he deserves.

      The Bible does not teach they are separate beings. They are three Persons and ONE God. 1 John 5:13

    • @ScottRock-mr6qk
      @ScottRock-mr6qk Před 14 dny

      @ApologeticsAdvocates The Bible does teach they are separate beings because the Bible says, "THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD, THE FATHER." And Exodus 6:3 says that I appeared unto Abraham, Issac, and Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name Jehovah was I not known. That is God, pal, it doesnt say we or theyare God Almighty, it says Jehovahis GodAlmighty. Not Jesus. That's why it says there is only one God, and his name is Jehovah. It doesn't say anywhere in the Bible that three are one. And it's not 1 john 5:13, it's 1 John 5:7,8 and it was not written by John and was added sometime in the 10the century. You should do your homework and understand that the trinity doctrine is pagan in origin. And I know what that doctrine states. It states that all three are all-knowing and all three are equal. Well let's see if that teaching holds water. Mark 13:32 Jesus says, "Heaven and earth are passing away, but my words will by no means pass away. Concerning that day and hour, nobody knows, not the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Sooooo if they are all all-knowing then why doesn't Jesus know when Heaven and earth are passing??? Because he just clearly said he didn't know. That puts a big damper on that all-knowing thing right there. Soooo what about them being equal. John. 14:28 Jesus said "If you loved me you'd rejoice that I go to the Father for the Father is Greater than I am. Wow!! That's two for two on your trinity doctrine. Jesus just said that the Father was greater than he was. And I don't care about what Paul or Peter or Thomas or anyone else says about Jesus. I only care about what Jesus says about himself. And so should you. You should pay attention to Jesus's teachings. Because even at John 13:16 he's talking about himself there too. "A SERVANT IS NOT GREATER THAN HIS MASTER, NOR IS ONE WHO IS SENT GREATER THAN THE ONE WHO SENT HIM." Jesus said someone else sent him 24 times throughout all the gospels. And in Acts hes called the servant of God 4 times and twice in Isaiah. Take that false worship crap that you call religion and kick rocks. Because it's really upsetting when someone lies about what the scriptures are saying. You are exactly what Peter said you'd be. "They twist the scriptures to their own destruction." And James said at 3:1 "Not many of you should become teachers knowing that you will receive a harsher judgment than others." And you're a false teacher with that lie

      @@antithesespistopheles8112 With all due respect, it seems to me you answered your own question, “I don’t know.” You admit you don’t know but immediately move to claim to know what God would or would not do.
