I´ve loved him since the Fall, long before Fifty shades and he ages like a good wine. Plus he is still humble, funny, kind and down to earth guy. We need more people like Jamie.

He proved his talent in the series THE FALL , the films like THE SIEGE OF JADOTVILLE , ANTHROPOID , BELFAST etc. Moreover , his personality speaks a lot about him . He is one of the humble and down to earth celebrity I have seen . He never takes credit for himself , always giving appreciation to others , and that's what makes him sl different from others .He has a beautiful smile with a great intelligence . For me , he deserves respect and awards for his amazing works he has been doing and I am hoping he gets an Oscar for the movie BELFAST .

This was a great interview. I normally can't watch Jimmy because of all of the goofy laughing and interrupting. But when he calms down and let's the other person talk, he's pretty good.

Belfast was great, I loved it. And I loved Jamie in it. Ive seen most of his work and Im probably one of the few people who thinks that his best performance so far was as Christian Grey. Christian was a complex character, impassive from the outside but... how to say this...fire from the inside and Jamie portraited that beautifully. My second favorite character of his was probably Paul Spector in The Fall show. God, that show was brilliant. 17 episodes of full brilliancy.
"The Siege at Jadotville" about the Irish UN peacekeepers and the insurmountable pressure these heroes were under is a great true story & an excellent film, as is "Anthropoid" with Cillian Murphy, about the attempted assassination of Heydrich. May not have been shown to a U.S audience but absolutely fantastic films both.

It truly is wonderful. I just saw it a couple of days ago, and can't stop thinking about it. The best film I've seen, in quite awhile. The acting, directing, cinematography, etc, all tops. And, the Van Morrison soundtrack was awesome. Belfast, for best picture of the year! 👍

I do like him as an actor and director.......but as someone who grew up during the "Troubles" he is NOT telling the whole story i.e. the REASON for the troubles, is his, Kenneth's (and Jamie's) group (Prods), kept the Catholic population down as second class citizens (Animals), with limited Job opps, housing and voting rights. So they, the Catholics, rose up and disrupted the perfect community that Kenneth's people had created...That is what you see in this work of art......This is True...DR
If you watched any interviews with Ken he explained exactly what you said. Ken’s and Jamie ‘s parents were not political and quite liberal.
