EPIC opening and beach footage. Those mountains the background too! I can feel the specialness of that albergue. Some of those places just have that magical feeling.
From memory , when you are on the boat to Santander, The little town on the left " Pedreña" is where Sevi Ballesteros (the champion golfer )was born
Loved the opening scenes! That fog was awesome. And another mirror beach. Yes! As usual, you made me feel like I was there with you. Love it.
Glad you enjoyed it Linda!
Some of the best drone footage of all your Camino stages; I think your editing is getting better and better:)
I miss the Camino! so badly
Those mountains with green landscape & the Beach! Breath taking! And the Albergue.... you were right, one the Best and Charm one so far, of all the Caminos I’ve seen it through your eyes so Far! I love it! Thank you!💕😘🙌🏻
Cannot wait to see this VLOG.......beautiful walk around the coast to the ferry to Santander. You were then right to walk straight through the city as there really is not much there.
Gorgeous, Epic drone footage Efren. Cant wait to see it for myself
Hi. Efren. Love what you have done with you video of the comino de Norte. I walked from San Sebastián to Bilbao 3 years ago as a solo ageing women. Just like you l was blown away by the walk , spain is amazing , you and l would have got on well ,cos you like to stop and look at what l love to look at.. your videos are up there with Abbie Barnes Well done. Ps your English is good
Wow, gracias por el trabajo que haces, compartiendo tu experiencia y esas imágenes preciosas. La naturaleza es un deleite para el alma. Saludos 🌹
Efren, thank you again for the beautiful scenery!
Other than that what a great view! 😬🤔😀
What a video Efrén ! Congrats.
Great video! I stopped my Camino Norte in Santander interested to see the rest of the route.
good goood memories. So much joy and happiness watching this :-) Thanks for this Efrén!!
Thank you Sarita! we definitely had a blast.
Looking forward to this episode!
Hola Efrén, I just love your happy jovial face & disposition! ¡Buen Camino!👣🍷👍😎
Annother great video ! Gracias amigo !
Beautiful!
i stated there once and on other Norte Caminos I haven't and wouldn't.
Great video Efren !
thank you
Really enjoyed that VLOG....the aubergue dinner looked great but there was one really great place to eat in Boo and it was called Hosteria de Boo.....wonderful Sopa de Pescado. Looking forward to the next VLOG: will you take the 2 x minute train journey to Mogro or go the long way round?..Then down past the many kilometres of oil pipelines, past the massive Solvay refinery and then into the totally amazing medieval town of Santillana de Mar.
hi Machael, I didn't know about the place in Boo, good to know. I didn't take the train. I walked instead to Santillana since it was a short day.
@@Walk_with_Efren Efren, if you go back to your guide book, it recommends taking a 2 x minute train ride across the river to Mogro station rather than walk the 9.3Km. around it. Maybe it was a lovely walk though!
As always, a masterpiece. I follow your Camino del Norte to relive it through other one's eyes, but also to learn how to fly a drone and which are the best shots to be taken and angles to be used :)... Thank you million. Ohhh, and don't worry - I also took the metro between Bilbao and Portugalete and even (blasphemy) the train from Santander to Boo de Pielagos, avoiding the suburbs. Once this series ends, I will impatiently look forward for the Appalachian Trail :)
Thank you so much Mioriticus. I guess that makes us both turigrinos lol I start the AT next week but the video's will be offset by about a week to give myself room to edit. First look and Vip Pilgrim tiers on the channel membership get access to the vlogs the minute I upload a new batch.
@@Walk_with_Efren I had to look at what a turigrino means. Not sure if I can be considered a turigrino, but starting today I am definitely a VIP member :) - Buen Camino y mucha suerte en tu vida!
Mil gracias
Gracias por este vlog😍😍😍😍 Hermosos todos los paisajes!!! Lástima que por el corona VIRUS tuve que cancelar mi Camino😥

Beautiful footage once again! Were you able to walk through the city only using the Camino street markers, yellow arrows ?
you can see them everywhere but I rely on my gps tracks.
Great vlog as always. Beautiful scenery. How do you find the boat shuttles? Are they on line schedules & addresses?
thank you Debbie. just show up and wait for the next ferry. they are running all day long.
Saludos
es el DJI Mavic Air
Any chance you are also going to upload beauty shots of Camino Del Norte?
will do once I get to the map videos
What a nice foggy droneshots to open this vlog (y) ! In which quality did you record this movies on your canon ? or drone ?
hey Geert, I shot this in 4K
Can you please stop doing such an incredible footage? I am tired of pausing every 2 minutes to screenshot the video 🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗
Just wondering, what camera are you using on your selfie stick for this whole hike. DJI Pocket 2?.
This was in 2019, so I had the original Dji Pocket, the insta360 one X, and the canon eos m50. This is my current kit: amzn.to/3IBvd7S
Often you say you called ahead for reservations at the albuqua? What type of phone plan did you buy and give me an idea on the estimated cost?
hi Jerome, I have Tmobile in the US. I have a plan that gives me unlimited text and data internationally. most of the times I booked using booking.com and other times Noel, a Spaniard, would call.
Does it ever make you nervous flying the drone in the wind on boat crossing?
that's the insta360 on the selfie stick. the drone can still handle 25 mph winds.
@@Walk_with_Efren Wow. Cool!
Hi Harry, I'm not there at the moment. I walked the Portuguese, del Norte, and Ingles last year. for specific dates and daily cost breakdowns check out the video's description.
I love your vlogs but this music was annoying, doesn't fit to Camino in my opinion;-)
