This is for the facility of managing different customer sites and devices from anywhere in the world without using port forwarding and therefore using P2P.
iVMS4200 is a local PC based Video Management Software for the purposes of operating a system. HikPartner Pro is for the purposes of the engineer managing the system in regards to maintenance, as well as being a basic CRM with the facility to manage your installers assigned to you system.
