This is why in probability terms Barry George is innocent. The bullet involved was a 9mm with a workshop adaption. George who has learning difficulties would have needed a workshop with a bench vice grip and specialist tools to carry out such work, watchmaker type tools and a crimper. He would also have had to have known how much gun powder to remove to silence it. If he had done this in his bedsit, it would have been covered in carbon residue, such methodology is not used in UK organised crime, so it's improbable he bought the bullet. The met team claimed because a silencer was not used it was not a professional hit. But the above method was used in the balkens, it's possible the weapon was smuggled into the country in parts. No silencer was brought in to minimalise it's discovery. If the new suspect crossed Putney bridge as is now claimed it could have ended up in the Thames. The met appeared to have steered a course away from this working hypothesis to basically frame Barry George.note, I condemn all violence be it criminal, terrorist or state. DCI Hamish Campbells logic is flawed, ie that most murders are done by someone who knows the victim...this was not your average murder.

Eye witness identification is not always reliable. However, if this individual was never investigated over the the twenty-five years since the crime, it would be because the police were ordered not to investigate. Clearly, the Establishment did not want this or any other individual investigated which would explain why the case was never reopened after Barry George's acquittal. This raises some interesting questions and possibilities. Perhaps further investigation is being blocked by those involved.

With all respect Jill Dando would have not been of interest for Ulemek who is by the way in Serbian prison anyway for years and years for assassination of the Serbian Prime Minster then Zoran Djindjic in 2003 and prior to this assassination of a former Serbian President Ivan Stambolic. Ulemek is a Serbian former commander of the Serbian police special unit, the Special Operations Unit (JSO) and a former paramilitary commander, (as well as a member of the French Foreign Legion). For assassinations (if it was an assassination at all) of TV presenters or journalists (less important targets) you don't higher a high profile commander of the special forces of one country.
