The Sabbathisation of this great classic, one of my favorite songs ever. You can't do this properly without an excellent singer or you will be laughed at. The slow parts combine very well with the original pace of the vocals in the chorus. Apart from analyzing: I love your version and will play it again in the coming days. Good to see it's on Spotify as well.

Agreed! So freaking underrated!!! Anders Engberg is among the best Doom vocalists...(I am a singer, which is why I pay attention to vocals like a fecklot! 😅) And musically, Sorcerer to me is as great and huge as Candlemass... They def deserve more recognition!!!

After this incredible version you see that album cover come up and go YES! they are making Long Live Rock and Roll album....and then it's just a single.....dammit! 🤬 I really believe if you covered the whole album it would be a huge seller, this was amazing. 🤘
I get why you didn't do the synth intro, but the way it just kinda dropped right into the main riff with no preamble felt off. Other than that this is fucking AWESOME. Most people who try to cover Rainbow do a piss poor job, these guys nailed that "what if Iommi wrote it" vibe they were aiming for; sounds like it could have come from the Eternal Idol specifically.
