The way that he risked(and ultimately lost) his life to stay among his struggling people and provide work totally made me re-evalute gang members as human beings. Nipsey was a righteous individual that showed the world that a person from any background can be a worthy man. I say this as a conservative white guy whose brother was the victim of an unprovoked murder attempt(luckily unsuccesful) by an l.a. area gang member.
