12 is a good start! You can ask simple questions like... where do you live? Asking easy to answer questions will usually spark engagement.

How do you create paid ads for the group ?

If you want to drive traffic directly to the group, there could be an option in your meta ads platform. Not all accounts have the option to drive traffic directly to the group.

You can create a lead form ad and then have the button at the end of the form direct them to the group.

how are you promoting the group in a paid way? ad

There are two ways-- 1) have a lead magnet and on the thank you page invite to the group, run traffic to the lead magnet 2) there is a new feature for paid ads in Meta that you can run traffic right to a group. If you do that, I would still have some way to capture emails when you let them into the group. We use a platform called GroupTrack that connects to my CRM. Hope that helps!
